Our Barn is the perfect place to host your wedding reception. Since it is climate controlled you can enjoy your special day comfortably any day of the year. We recently finished renovations on The Bank Bank and are excited to host your event!
Our premiere location for a wedding on the property. Get married with the backdrop of the Appalachian Mountains while enjoying the calming sounds of our slow flowing stream and pond.
The Farm House was built in 1807 by Frederick Seibert. The home has since been renovated with modern accommodations while still keeping its original 1800’s charm.
The Patio is located off the side of the house and is a perfect place for the Bridal and Groom’s party to hang out before or after the wedding.
Located within the Farm House. The Bridal Suite is a fully functioning, full service suite for the Bride and all of her Bridesmaids to get ready for the big day.
Located within the Farm House. The Groom’s Lounge is a full functioning prep area, and hangout spot for the Groom and all of his Groomsmen.
Our parking lot can safely park up to 150 vehicles. With the parking lot only being a couple hundred feet from the Barn and a short walk to the house. There shouldn’t be any issue getting your guests to where they need to be in expedient fashion.
No, we do not have restrictions on decor or floral arrangements. However, we do ask that no permanent anchoring be used.
Of course! Loud music must be turned off by 10pm out of respect for our neighbors.
The bank barn has 2 levels but currently only the top level is available for rental until renovations are completed. Restrooms are easily accessible from both levels.
Yes, the outdoor spaces are limitless, and with the newly restored bank barn, you also could hold your ceremony indoors. You could use both levels of the barn to have both your ceremony and reception indoors, yet still separate, or could have one event indoor and one outdoors.
The bank barn has 2 levels that can be transformed into your ceremony and reception areas. Restrooms are easily accessible from both levels.
The farmhouse is available for overnight stays (for additional fees). It has 3 bedrooms, 2 masters and 1 with 2 twin beds.
Alcohol is permitted but a license bartender is required and all WVABC liquor laws must be adhered to. No alcohol is supplied by Bella Vista.
You are free to use the vendors of your choosing. However, we do have a vendors lists of local vendors on the Wedding tab.
