Payment & Cancellation Policies
Payment Policy:
A non-refundable deposit of Fifty percent (50%) of the total cost (plus tax )of your selected package is required to secure your booking. This payment should be made upon signing contract.
Twenty- five percent (25%) of the package fee (plus tax )is due one hundred and twenty (120) days prior to the Event Date.
The final Twenty- five percent (25%) of the package fee (plus tax ) is due sixty (60) days prior to the Event Date.
A refundable security deposit is due sixty (60) days prior to the Event Date.
We accept payments through credit card, debit card, check and cash. All payments are processed securely.
If additional services are requested within sixty (60) days of the wedding, full payment for these services is due at the time of request.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by Bella Vista.
Cancellations at any time will result in the forfeiture of all Fees and Security Deposit paid to Bella Vista.
In the unfortunate event that Bella Vista must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we will fully refund all payments made or work with you to reschedule your event to a mutually agreeable date.
